Last updated: 30 September 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how we process personal data when you visit omniloc.ai, book a demo, subscribe to updates or contact us, in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (“GDPR”), Greek Law 4624/2019 and Greek Law 3471/2006 on electronic communications.

1. Data controller

OmniLoc.AI P.C. (“OmniLoc.AI”, “we”, “us”), Karaiskaki 48-50, 26225, Patras, Greece, e-mail: info@omniloc.ai. For any privacy question or to exercise your rights, write to info@omniloc.ai.

2. What data we process, why, and on what legal basis

2.1 Visiting the website

When you visit the website, our hosting provider's servers automatically process technical data needed to deliver the pages: IP address, date and time of access, requested page, referrer, browser type and operating system. Purpose: delivering the website, ensuring its security and preventing abuse. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in operating a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Retention: server logs are kept only for as long as necessary for these purposes and are then deleted by our hosting provider in its regular log rotation.

Fonts are delivered by Bunny Fonts (BunnyWay d.o.o., Slovenia, EU), which receives your IP address only to deliver the font files and, according to the provider, does not log or store it. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (consistent and efficient display of the website).

2.2 Booking a demo

When you book a demo we process the e-mail address you enter and the date and time you select, together with any other details you provide (such as your name, company or role). Purpose: scheduling and holding the demo, sending you a confirmation and meeting link, and following up on your interest. Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Retention: up to 24 months after our last contact, unless a business relationship follows, in which case the data are kept for as long as that relationship requires and as required by tax and commercial law.

2.3 Contacting us by e-mail

If you write to us, we process your e-mail address, name and the content of your message to answer you. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) or 6(1)(f) GDPR, depending on the subject of your enquiry. Retention: up to 24 months after the enquiry is closed, unless longer retention is required by law.

2.4 News updates / newsletter

If you subscribe to our updates, we process your e-mail address to send you news about OmniLoc.AI. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Art. 11 Law 3471/2006). You can withdraw consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in every e-mail or by writing to us; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before it. Retention: until you unsubscribe.

2.5 Analytics (only with your consent)

If — and only if — you click “Accept all” or enable “Analytics” in the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland), to produce statistics on how the website is used (pages viewed, time on page, approximate location at city level, device and browser type). Google Analytics 4 does not log or store full IP addresses. Advertising features and Google signals are not used. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Art. 4(5) Law 3471/2006). Retention: 14 months. You can withdraw your consent at any time through “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page. Details are in our Cookie Policy.

2.6 Links to social networks

Our website only links to our profiles on LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook and Instagram; no social media plugins are embedded, so no data are sent to these networks when you merely visit our site. When you follow a link, the privacy policy of the respective network applies.

We do not otherwise transfer personal data outside the EU/EEA.
